Where does this store ship from?
Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 3 -7 business days for your item to be shipped or use the contact form to organise express shipping. Please note that our express post option implies that your parcel will be dispatched within the next day and that residents outside Victoria may not receive the parcel within a one day turnaround. We are not responsible for parcels lost by the postal system. Please also be aware of shipping delays due to public holidays.
Do you accept orders placed outside of Australia and USA?
We ship to most countries that Australia Post covers. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please feel free to contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most local orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once placed as processing begins immediately. The exception to this is includes certain reservation and pre-order products which will allow additional order changes. This must be stated in the product description.
